The story

The game opens at the exact time of September 13, 1985. The story takes place in the small town of Farnham, England. During an ordinary night shift in the heart of the town of Chief Inspector Alice Wells, something unusual happened. A mysterious call rang out in the middle of the shift. The anonymous caller on the other end of the line said something to the Chief Inspector. Unfortunately, no one can hear exactly what it is, because the signal is so small and there is noise.

What is that secret, who is the anonymous caller, and is there something dark related to the past of the other inspector? There seems to be a secret file that holds Evidence 111 that is related to not only the Chief Inspector but also many shady individuals and organizations.
