The most common way to get a character is to spin the wheel from the game’s “Summon Fighterss” system. In particular, the Summon Fighterss system also has levels, leveling up by the number of times you spin the wheel, up to level 10. The higher the level, the higher the chance of high-ranking characters appearing. If you receive a character you already own, the character you just received will be converted into fragments. Collecting enough fragments will help the character increase its stars and increase many stats.

Interestingly, characters in Normal, Rare, and Epic ranks are the popular characters from the original game series, or newly added by the publisher to this game. Characters in Unique and Legendary ranks are the main characters, playable in the original game series.

Character skills and stats

Characters in The King Of Fighters AFK possess 4 skills including 3 active skills and 1 passive skill. Specifically:

• Normal Skill: Attacks the enemy.
• Active Skill: Attacks the enemy but is stronger and has a more eye-catching effect. Active Skill has a cooldown calculated by hits, and will be activated when the cooldown is complete.
• Finisher Skill: When the character’s Power Gauge is full, the Finisher Skill will be activated immediately. This is the strongest skill and gives the most advantages to the character.
