It’s been a while since I’ve played a puzzle game and I think I’ve lost interest in this type of game. Although in the past, Outlast or LIMBO really made me passionate, even staying up all night thinking. But since clearing those masterpieces, it feels like no other game can reach their level anymore. Introducing Another Tomorrow

Another Tomorrow is a puzzle game released at the end of 2022 but on the Nintendo Switch platform, perhaps that’s the reason I didn’t know about its existence until now. Like many other popular puzzle games, Another Tomorrow has a somewhat dark color and a thrilling, mysterious plot. This is understandable because it is such an atmosphere that stimulates us to discover the truth, right?

Mysterious background

Starting Another Tomorrow, you open your eyes with a dazed, unstable spirit. It seems like your character just went into a pretty deep coma. The room was messy, blood was spilled on the floor, everything looked strange. What the hell is going on? The headaches come and you start to remember a few things.

Your name is Will, you have a girlfriend named Anny and the two of you were once passionately in love. However, something went wrong and you can’t really remember the next part. Now the only way is to move forward to search for clues about lost memories, as well as to maintain hope of finding Anny.

Embark on the journey

From the extremely vague memories and what you see before your eyes, you know the first thing you have to do is escape this place. Let’s start by searching the room and looking for useful tools for escape. Although at first glance they seem quite unrelated, if you try to connect the clues or combine the tools you find, they become the key to helping you handle the situation.

After escaping the original house, it is considered that you have passed chapter 1 of Another Tomorrow, however, the challenge has only just begun because this game includes 6 chapters and many important details, so please just “enjoy” it.

Decode the mysteries

Another Tomorrow includes many difficult puzzles that stretch from the beginning until you find the final truth. The puzzles that the game offers will be very diverse in form, it can be questions in the form of numeric codes, figurative codes or finding the key to open the door…

In which this puzzle can be the solution to another puzzle where you need to connect everything logically to solve them. The best thing about this game is that there are no instructions at all, you can only use your observation and reasoning skills to pass the levels.

As you decode the puzzles that Another Tomorrow offers, you will find many important clues to piece together your distorted memories. A special spoiler for you guys is in the final segment when Will finds Dr. Walter. You will realize that you are not really as good as you think. And the things you are looking for have been destroyed by your own hands before losing your memory!

Graphics

Publisher Glitch Games has brought a dark color to its game. Although there are no horror elements, the graphics platform looks quite old and feels like it was made a decade ago, giving us goosebumps every time we have to change a scene in Another Tomorrow. Overall, Another Tomorrow did quite well in graphics, contributing significantly to the success of this game.
